Besides stunning exterior and clean and simple interior home house is greener than it seems. On the roof are solar photovoltaic panels and solar hot water. Effective combination of stone flooring and radiant floor heating system to provide heating during the colder months. Despite the high temperatures in summer the southern part of the peninsula, no air conditioning in the home and the family relies on natural ventilation, triggered by the windows and doors, awnings, overhangs and large hanging from the roof.
