Inspired by the modern architecture, the design of this house is the work of the studio Design Partnership and is based on clean lines and modern look. This elegant residence is a wooden terrace, swimming pool and glazed walls. The sumptuous gardens are an extension of residential space in the house.
The effect of space is complemented by selected materials for indoor and outdoor spaces. Among the materials used in the design are concrete, steel, glass, wood, perfectly balanced in the overall appearance of the house. The thin sections of the windows help for the formation of large glazed areas, which correspond perfectly with the heavy presence of certain materials.
The main colors used for both interior and exterior of the house are white and various shades of gray – unobtrusive but stylish combination.

Now we will show one house, which is built with style and from which shines comfortable and heat. Korman Residence is situated in Brentwood, California and was designed by a project of Cory Buckner Architects.
The idea of the designers was to be upgrade the house that already existed with another floor and fully renovate the first floor. The project was to have a harmonious relationship between the two floors. On the second floor there is large bedroom, which is specially designed according to the requirements of the house owners. Also there is home office and workshop drawing. All the rooms are designed in the way to be light with wooden finishes. This is making the interior warmer and quite more spaceful.
The garden is also very good designed and arranged. Definitely, when we want to design of our new home to be beautiful and cozy, we should have the idea in our head and after that to continue with the word. The interior tips, which designers give is to use wood, when we want our home to be cozy.
